The Suzuki DF4A outboard motor is a single-cylinder 4-stroke engine with a displacement of no less than 138 cm³.

Its excellent mid-range torque, combined with its lightweight design, allows for remarkably smooth accelerations. Its CDI system provides high precision ignition, optimizing its performance. It also includes safety features to prevent over-revving.

The design of the tiller handle ensures the most comfortable operating position and better weight distribution. Notable features of this lightweight engine include a gear selector (forward, neutral, reverse), a 180° rotation for excellent maneuverability, and a large carrying handle.
