The Suzuki DF50A engine features 3 cylinders, 12 valves controlled by a overhead camshaft, and electronic fuel injection. It is also equipped with the Suzuki Lean Burn Control system known for its high performance and fuel efficiency.
The chain-driven oil bath lubrication and self-adjusting timing chain require no special maintenance or servicing.
This engine is also equipped with Suzuki Easy Start system with pulse-start command, a high-capacity charging alternator, and a tilt limiter.
