Costly corrosion failures and expensive repair bills are a thing of the past. Most competitors use alloys containing 2% to 4% copper which corrode faster than our MercAlloy XK360 or A356 alloys.

Advanced Gearcase Technology: All SeaPro 75-115 hp FourStroke models use the Command Thrust gearcase. This robust gearcase allows the use of an oversized propeller, creates a larger footprint in the water, and integrates a new gear ratio, resulting in better boat handling and easier lifting of heavy boats.

Reinforced Upper Mounting Systems: On the SeaPro line, upper mounting systems are designed to be twice as strong as recreational models to maximize durability. Their longevity ideally meets the demands and rigors of professional applications.

Larger Footprint: The larger Command Thrust gearcase creates a bigger underwater footprint, improving boat control. The larger, streamlined lower unit combined with a larger diameter propeller can get heavy boats on plane more easily and maintain planing at lower speeds, without impacting top speed.
