High-efficiency alternator
A powerful alternator - 60 amps on the 150 hp outboard engine and 35 amps on outboard engines from 75 to 115 hp - lets you charge batteries and run onboard electronics all day.

Command Thrust lower unit
The Command Thrust lower unit is designed to run larger propellers. It helps heavy boats plane more easily and stay on plane at low speeds without affecting top speed.

Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI)
From the moment you start the engine until you release the throttle, EFI technology delivers instant power. Safe starting in all weather. Smooth and efficient acceleration. Maximum capacity.

Corrosion resistance
Advanced alloys. Durable coatings. Sealed electronics. Easy-to-use fresh-water flushing system. FourStroke outboard engines are equipped with leading corrosion-prevention technology that allows them to withstand the most demanding marine environments

Superior control
You have a choice: tiller or remote control, and compatibility with advanced SmartCraft® functions such as Troll Control and Active Trim, you can optimize your engine for complete control of all your adventures.
