SUZUKI 140 HP

The enhancements made to the new Suzuki DF140BG outboard engine go well beyond merely integrating electronic controls. The optimized compression ratio of 10.6/1 allows this slightly over 2-liter outboard motor to increase maximum speed with better acceleration while improving thermal efficiency.

The fuel efficiency has also been improved compared to the existing DF140A model. Tests have shown a 5 to 7% improvement in fuel efficiency for the DF140BG across mid to high speed ranges.

The redesigned cowling incorporates a new air intake with optimized water separation and a silencer system that reduces engine noise to ensure a pleasant navigation experience at all speeds.
