SUZUKI 140 BTGL

The improvements brought to the new Suzuki DF140BG outboard engine go well beyond simply integrating electronic control. The optimized compression ratio of 10.6:1 allows this 2-plus-liter outboard engine to increase top speed with improved acceleration while enhancing thermal efficiency.

Fuel efficiency has also been optimized compared to the existing DF140A model. Tests have shown a 5 to 7% improvement in fuel efficiency for the DF140BG across mid to high speed ranges.

The redesigned cowling features a new air intake with optimized water separation and a silencer system reducing engine noise to provide a smooth navigation experience at all speeds.
