SUZUKI 140 BTGL

The improvements made to the new Suzuki DF140BG outboard engine go beyond simple electronic throttle control integration. The optimized compression ratio of 10.6/1 allows this slightly over 2-liter outboard to increase top speed with better acceleration while improving thermal efficiency.

Fuel efficiency has also been optimized compared to the existing DF140A model. Tests have shown a 5 to 7% improvement in fuel efficiency for the DF140BG over mid to high speed ranges.

The redesigned cowling features a new air intake with optimized water separation and a muffler system that reduces engine noise, providing a pleasant navigation experience at all speeds.
