Combining Lean Burn technology, semi-direct air intake, and a high-performance compression ratio of 10.2 to 1, this new outboard is both powerful, clean, and efficient. Compared to its predecessor, the DF150A shows a 7% improvement in fuel consumption.

With more torque (3.1% increase), combined with the two-stage offset gear drive, this new engine delivers more power across the entire RPM range. Even on heavier or more loaded boats, the DF150A pushes performance to the next level.

The DF150A now shares the same block as the renowned DF200A. Large displacement and precision mechanics provide better acceleration at low and mid-range RPM. We are thus meeting our customers' desires for high performance combined with fuel efficiency.

This new outboard benefits from proven technologies found in Suzuki's ultimate 4-stroke engines, ensuring reliability year after year. A knock sensor preserves engine smoothness to enhance longevity. An oxygen sensor improves block efficiency, and the Suzuki water detection system protects the engine from poor combustion effects, stalling, and corrosion.

The new direct ignition reduces the number of parts and wiring, allowing better spark generation and improving combustion efficiency.

The main difference with its "big brother" DF140B is that it achieves its power over a lower and wider RPM range.
