SUZUKI 175 A

Combining Lean Burn technology, a semi-direct air intake, and a high-performance compression ratio of 10.2:1, this new outboard motor is economical, powerful, and clean. Compared to its predecessor, the DF175A is 14% more fuel-efficient.

With increased torque (2.7% more), combined with the offset drive head and a 2-stage reduction gear, this new engine delivers more power across the entire speed range. Even on heavier or more loaded boats, the DF175A pushes performance a little further.

The DF175A now shares the same block as the renowned DF200A. Large displacement and precision mechanics offer better acceleration at low and medium speeds. We thus meet our customers' desires for high performance combined with fuel efficiency.

These new outboards benefit from proven Suzuki 4-stroke "Ultimate" technologies to ensure increased reliability year after year. An knock sensor preserves engine smoothness to improve its longevity. An oxygen sensor enhances engine efficiency, and the Suzuki water detection system protects the engine from poor combustion, stalling, and corrosion.
