Combining Lean Burn technology, a semi-direct air intake, and a high-performance compression ratio of 10.2:1, this new outboard engine is economical, powerful, and clean. Compared to its predecessor, the DF175A is 14% more fuel-efficient.

With more torque (2.7% more), combined with the offset twin-stage reduction gear, this new engine delivers more power across the entire RPM range. Even on heavier or more loaded boats, the DF175A pushes performance a step further.

The DF175A now shares the same block as the famous DF200A. Large displacement and precision mechanics provide better acceleration at low and mid-range speeds. This meets our clients' desires for high performance combined with fuel efficiency.

These new outboards benefit from proven Suzuki 4-stroke "Ultimate" technologies, ensuring increased reliability year after year. An knocking sensor preserves engine smoothness to improve its longevity. An oxygen sensor enhances the engine's efficiency, and the Suzuki water detection system protects the engine from poor combustion, stalling, and corrosion.
