Main differences with the DF200A:

Our new DF200AP engine is equipped with a revolutionary "keyless start" system: a contactless coded key transmits an access code to the engine's start system. When the contactless key is within one meter of the main unit, simply turn on the system, insert the kill cord, and start the engine with a single button. When returning to port, just turn off the engine and power down the system.

The DF200AP is the first 200HP outboard engine (147kW) on the market to feature electronic control (Suzuki Precision Control) and the Suzuki Selective Rotation system, which allows configuring the engine for normal or counter-rotation thanks to a specially designed mechanism located in the lower unit (gearcase), and an innovative electronic gear shifting system.
