Main differences with the DF200A :

Our new DF200AP engine is equipped with a revolutionary "keyless" startup system: a contactless coded key transmits an access code to the engine's startup system. When the contactless key is within one meter of the main unit, simply turn on the system, insert the kill cord, and start the engine by pressing a button. Back at port, just turn off the engine and switch off the system.

The DF200AP is the first 200HP outboard engine (147kW) on the market to feature electronic control (Suzuki Precision Control) and Suzuki's Selective Rotation system, which allows configuring the engine for normal or counter-rotation through a specially designed mechanism located in the lower unit (drive leg), along with an innovative electronic gear change system.
