Combining Lean Burn technology, a semi-direct air intake, and a high-performance compression ratio of 10.2 to 1, this new outboard motor is both powerful, clean, and efficient. Compared to its predecessor, the DF150A shows a 7% improvement in fuel consumption at the pump.

With more torque (3.1% more), combined with the drive head offset with 2-stage reduction, this new engine delivers more power across the entire RPM range. Even on heavier or more loaded boats, the DF150A pushes performance one notch further.

The DF150A now shares the same block as the renowned DF200A. Large displacement and precise mechanics provide better acceleration at low and mid RPM. We thus meet our customers' desires for high performance combined with fuel efficiency.

This new outboard benefits from proven technologies found in Suzuki's "Ultimate" 4-strokes, ensuring increased reliability year after year. An knock sensor preserves engine smoothness to enhance its lifespan. An oxygen sensor improves the engine's efficiency, and the Suzuki water detection system protects the engine from the effects of poor combustion, stalling, and corrosion.
