The Suzuki DF4A outboard motor is a single-cylinder 4-stroke engine with a displacement of no less than 138 cm³.

Its excellent mid-range torque, combined with its light weight, allows for exceptionally smooth acceleration. Its CDI system provides precise ignition timing, optimizing performance. It also includes a safety feature that prevents over-revving.

The design of the tiller handle ensures the most comfortable operating position possible and better weight distribution. Other main features of this lightweight engine include a gear selector (forward, neutral, reverse), a 180° steering range (for excellent maneuverability), and a large carrying handle.
