MYBOAT Arcachon plans to expand into used boat sales

Jérôme Pourtalet had been working on it for several years without fully committing: he will now handle the sale of used boats in addition to selling new boats of the Worldcat, Salpa, and Prua Al Vento brands in the Arcachon Basin. "It was important for me to offer a comprehensive service to the Basin's clientele, with expertise covering all our fields, from the workshop (hull and engine) to covered storage. Today, the handling equipment we have and the parking lot in La Teste will allow us to provide this service. The main challenge is to guarantee a firm trade-in option depending on the boat's condition. Our team, experienced in maintenance, is capable of establishing and guaranteeing this price. This is a Myboat exclusive." A service that the shipyard team, located at quai Goslar in Arcachon, also intends to complement by managing administrative and financial procedures related to ownership transfer during a boat sale. "We will also offer, adds Jérôme Pourtalet, a sea trial to help our clients get familiar with the vessel."
