Marine Maintenance Technician – Composite & Painting Specialist (M/F)

🛠️ The position
We are looking for a technician with expertise in composites and painting, capable of working on:
Refurbishment of hulls, decks, parts, and superstructures
Creation or repair of composite, polyester, or epoxy parts
Finishing tasks, sanding, lacquering, gelcoat, etc.
Versatile interventions: minor repairs, fittings, onboard electricity, etc.
This position is for a versatile profile who enjoys adapting and tackling technical challenges. You will work at the heart of boats undergoing transformation, and your expertise will have a real impact on final quality and customer satisfaction.
