The Vanclaes boat trailer with brakes is suitable for motorboats, console boats, and high-speed boats with a V-hull.

The wiring is carefully concealed within the base frame and is connected to your vehicle’s socket by a 13-pin plug (Jaeger type). The entire base chassis of this boat trailer, as well as the steel parts of the loading system and the winch post, are made entirely of stainless steel.

By using stainless steel instead of the standard hot-dip galvanized steel available on the market, Vanclaes trailers offer the advantage of being much lighter with a chassis that is often even stronger and more robust. Thus, in addition to the huge qualitative and aesthetic advantages of this much more luxurious and beautiful material, a weight saving of 25% is also achieved, which results in a higher load capacity and more possibilities to apply fine and practical options that assist you both during driving and on the trailer ramp.

This boat trailer has two light bars that can be extended up to one meter in length and are equipped with 100% waterproof LED lighting. Therefore, you do not need to remove the trailer lighting before launching the boat.

The brake axle line, hot-dip galvanized and then powder-coated anthracite, originates from the German brand WAP and is equipped with compact water-resistant stainless steel bearings. If you choose the disc brake option, fully waterproof oil-sealed bearings are standard. Additionally, every braked trailer comes standard with shock absorbers on each axle line. The overrun brake is also standard, galvanized, then powder-coated anthracite.

The rollers are inflatable tires. The keel rollers are made of polyurethane. Both keel and bow rollers have 100% claw-type, scratch-free grips.

The winch post and bow support can be easily adjusted in length and height. The keel and stem rollers on which your boat rests can also be moved vertically and/or longitudinally. The luxury self-braking winch with a lever arm is standard and comes with a sturdy winch strap.

All Vanclaes models come standard with a centering device equipped with scratch-free polyurethane foam rollers.
