The Vanclaes brake boat trailer is suitable for motorboats, console boats, and high-speed boats with a V-Hull.

The wiring is carefully concealed within the frame of the base and is connected to your vehicle's socket via a 13-pole connector (Jaeger type). The entire chassis of this boat trailer, along with the steel parts of the loading system and the winch post, are made entirely of stainless steel.

By using stainless steel instead of standard hot-dip galvanized steel available on the market, Vanclaes trailers benefit from being much lighter with a chassis often even stronger and more durable. Thus, in addition to the significant qualitative and aesthetic advantages of this much more luxurious and beautiful material, a weight saving of 25% is also achieved, leading to higher load capacity and more options to fit fine and practical accessories that can assist during driving as well as on the ramp.

This boat trailer features two light bars that can extend up to one meter in length and are equipped with 100% waterproof LED lighting. You therefore do not need to remove the lighting before launching the boat.

The axle line is hot-dip galvanized and then powder-coated in anthracite. It is from the German brand WAP and equipped with water-resistant compact bearings made of stainless steel. If you choose the disc brake option, waterproof oil-sealed bearings are provided as standard. Additionally, each braked trailer comes equipped as standard with shock absorbers on each axle line. The overrun brake is also standard, after hot-dip galvanizing, with anthracite powder coating.

The rollers are inflatable tires. The keel rollers are made of polyurethane. The keel and bow rollers are 100% clawed and scratch-free.

The winch post and bow support can easily be adjusted in length and height. The keel and bow rollers on which your boat rests can also be moved vertically and/or longitudinally. The luxury automatic brake hand winch with a steel strap is standard.

All Vanclaes models come standard with a centering device fitted with scratch-free polyurethane foam rollers, preventing scuffing.
