This ADMIRAL 33m is a well-maintained motor yacht built in aluminum by Cantieri di Lavagna in Italy in 2010, but commissioned two years later in 2012 and delivered to its owner in January 2013. It features a planing hull and aluminum superstructure, with teak decks. Powered by two MTU diesel engines of 2400 hp each, it cruises smoothly at 23 knots and can reach a top speed of up to 28 knots.

The interior layout was designed to comfortably accommodate 9 guests in 4 cabins, including a master suite on the main deck, a VIP cabin on the forward lower deck, and 2 double cabins with single berths plus an additional Pullman berth in one of them, all with en-suite bathrooms. It can also host 6 crew members in 3 cabins with their own facilities in separate quarters. The spacious cabins are complemented by large indoor and outdoor living areas.
