Everything inside is designed with a focus on quality and durability. While the Asterie is primarily a Day Cruiser meant for daily outings, it features a small cabin with a true toilet area and shower.
The overall layout includes multiple storage compartments with cupboards and wardrobes, and sports a rather strict decor that allows it to withstand aging well in a marine environment.

EXTERIOR LAYOUT
The most important part of the boat is located outside.
First, it is accessible via a generous swim platform which optionally includes a superb built-in swim ladder with 4 telescopic rungs.
After passing through a sturdy gate similar to a reinforced door, the aft cockpit features a beautiful sunbathing area composed of 3 removable sections with headrests. This surface also functions as an engine cover which, when lifted by a hydraulic piston, reveals the large engine room space.

SAILIGATION
Equipped with 2 Yanmar diesel engines, this model reaches 25 knots of cruising speed with an almost 50-liter fuel consumption at that regime. With its broad beam and very low center of gravity, the Asterie offers good overall balance while slightly heeling at mid-range to reduce spray, also benefiting from a line-shaft drive with serrated propellers offering ease of maintenance, increased robustness, and better efficiency during navigation...
