This 2005 unit is second-hand and in very good presentation condition for its 19 years.
With this kind of unit, we clearly enter the category of exceptional yachting. Everything on board is designed to provide wonderful moments with optimal comfort.

Exterior:
From the arrival at the stern of the boat, it is clear the boat has been carefully maintained. The gelcoat is shiny and bright white all over the boat. Boarding, the 5m beam is impressive. The descent into the cockpit via the hydraulic gangway is remarkably easy. We note immediately that all superstructures are in a near factory-new state. The teak shows minor irregularities linked to its age which remain minimal. All equipment is operational.
On the flybridge, everything is designed for convivial moments. A large aft sunbathing area, a large salon with a lounge, a barbecue, a refrigerator, and a sink. The command station to port in a forward position is ideally placed, compact and offers a 360° view of the boat. The deck has a large sunbathing area and again everything is in excellent condition. No irregularities are observed. Window frames are in very good condition and no signs of leaks have been found.

Interior:
The interior condition is excellent. No signs of leaks, no paneling detachment. Carpets are in excellent condition. All woodwork equally so. Their matte varnish gives a very contemporary look.
Entering through the sliding door, the spaces impress again. A first salon on port is ideally located to enjoy the retractable TV and home cinema. In a second central space, a dining table is located to port opposite the open kitchen equipped with an induction cooktop, large fridge with freezer, ice maker, and dishwasher. This area benefits from plenty of storage including in the staircase descent to the cabins. At the helm station, everything is in excellent presentation condition.
Descending to the lower deck leads to a corridor serving the 3 cabins as well as one of the bathrooms where a washer/dryer can be found.
The master cabin, spanning the beam with en-suite bathroom, large dressing room and about 2m headroom, is particularly spacious. It is designed for total comfort optimization of its occupants. Forward, the VIP cabin is also very spacious, has an en-suite bathroom and a large dressing room.
Again, all equipment is operational.
The only drawback noted on the interior aesthetics concerns some paneling detachment in the crew cabin at the stern of the boat.

Mechanical:
Once in the engine room, we again observe that the unit is carefully maintained. No traces of leaks or oil on the two Caterpillar 1015hp engines and below. The engine room is meticulously organized and labeled. No signs of corrosion on engines and gearboxes. Boat serviced and maintained annually. Last exchanger work dates back to 2021.

Electronics & Electricity:
On this point, the boat is very well equipped. Autopilot, yacht controller, GPS, chartplotter, depth sounder, radar (Raymarine HybridTouch on flybridge), chain counter. All equipment is operational.
