Excellent condition! Super well equipped and very well maintained boat. A must see!

This 2005 unit is second hand and in very good condition for its 19 years.
With this type of unit, we clearly enter the exceptional yachting category. Everything on board is designed to ensure wonderful moments with an optimal level of comfort.

Exterior:
Upon arrival at the stern, it is clear that the boat has been carefully maintained. The gelcoat is very glossy and uniformly white across the entire vessel. Boarding is impressive with a 5m beam. The descent into the cockpit from the hydraulic gangway is surprisingly easy. All superstructures are in near-factory condition. The teak shows minor irregularities related to age but they remain minor. All equipment is fully operational.
On the flybridge, everything is designed for convivial moments. A large sunbed at the aft, a large lounge area with a daybed, a barbecue, a refrigerator, and a sink. The helm station to port in a forward position is ideally placed, compact, and offers a 360° view of the boat. The deck hosts a large sunbed, again all in excellent condition. No irregularities are noted. Window frames are in very good condition with no signs of leaks.

Interior:
The interior condition is excellent. No signs of leaks or upholstery peeling. Carpets are in excellent condition. All woodwork is the same. The varnish on the woodwork is matte, giving a very contemporary look.
Entering through the sliding door, the spaces impress. A first lounge to port is ideally located to enjoy the retractable TV and home cinema. In a second central space, a dining table is positioned to port facing the open kitchen equipped with an induction cooktop, a large fridge with freezer, an ice machine, and a dishwasher. This area offers plenty of storage, including in the stairwell to the cabins. The helm station is in excellent condition.
The descent to the lower deck leads to a corridor serving the 3 cabins and one bathroom with a washer/dryer.
The master cabin is full beam with an en-suite bathroom, a large dressing room, and a headroom of around 2m, making it particularly spacious. This cabin is designed for optimal comfort for its occupants. Forward, the VIP cabin is also very spacious, with an en-suite bathroom and a large dressing room.
Again, all equipment is fully operational.
The only downside observed in the interior aesthetics is some peeling upholstery in the crew cabin at the aft.

Mechanical:
In the engine room, it is again clear that the unit is maintained with care. No signs of leaks or oil residue on the two 1015hp Caterpillar engines or beneath. Everything in the engine room is meticulously organized and labeled. No corrosion signs on engines or gearboxes. The boat is followed and serviced annually. The last intervention on the heat exchangers was in 2021.

Electronics & Electricity:
The boat is very well equipped in this area. Autopilot, yacht controller, GPS, chartplotter, depth sounder, radar (Raymarine HybridTouch on the flybridge), chain counter. All equipment is functional.
