Nice small Dutch motorboat accommodating 6 people. Beautiful wooden interior finish on the linings. However, this boat needs a makeover. The interior helm station should be redesigned, where it would be desirable to install a seating area with benches that can be converted into one or two berths (the navigation certificate authorizes 6 people on board). The owner's aft cabin is unfinished, there are no longer any mattresses, and it might be a good idea to remove the generator located under the berth.
Mooring on the edge of a canal, the owner has a COT which may be transferable. Annual cost €350 in 2021.
