Boatshed Paris is pleased to offer this Dutch ALTENA cruiser, 10m, built in 1990, for sale.

Nice small Dutch cruiser accommodating 6 people. Beautiful wood finish inside with lining panels. However, this boat needs a makeover. The interior helm station should be redesigned, ideally incorporating a seating area with convertibles benches into one or two berths (the navigation certificate allows 6 persons on board). The owner's aft cabin is unfinished; there are no mattresses, and it might be advisable to remove the generator located under the berth.
Docked at a canal bank, the owner has a COT which can be transferred. Annual cost €350 in 2021.
