Nice small Dutch cruiser accommodating 6 people. Beautiful wooden interior finish on the bulkheads. However, this boat needs a makeover. The interior helm station needs to be rethought, ideally installing a seating area with benches convertible into one or two berths (the navigation certificate allows 6 people on board). The owner's aft cabin needs to be finished, the mattress is missing and it might be advisable to remove the generator located under the berth.
Mooring on a canal edge, the owner has a transferable COT. Annual cost 350 euros in 2021.
