Nice small Dutch motorboat accommodating 6 people. Beautiful interior wood finish at the bulkheads. However, this boat needs a facelift. The interior helm station should be redesigned, preferably with a lounge area with bench seats that can be converted into one or two berths (the navigation certificate allows 6 people onboard). The owner's rear cabin is incomplete, with no mattress, and it might be advantageous to remove the generator located under the berths.
Docked on a canal bank, the owner has a COT that can be transferred. Annual cost €350 in 2021.
