Boatshed Paris is pleased to offer this Dutch Barge / Westland for sale in the south of the Ile de France.
The boat left the shipyard in November 2022, the necessary work was done to renew its Dutch Community Certificate (ES-TRIN). It has been renewed for the maximum duration of 7 years until October 2029. The hull, as expected, has been inspected and sounded, the paintwork is new as well as the anodes. The interior is immediately habitable although it requires some renovation work. The same goes for the exterior paint and varnishes.
Although simple, the layout offers real volume and this boat is very spacious with its beam of 3.80 m. The large portholes offer exceptional visibility on the river and provide great brightness.
With an air draft of 2.96 m (about 2.50 m once the awning is lowered) and a maximum draught of 1.03 m, a camel consumption announced at 3 l/h maximum, this boat promises you beautiful navigation on the rivers, streams, and canals of Europe.
Currently moored in a port in the South of Ile de France, it is possible to take over the berth with the agreement of the Harbour Master. The monthly rent is €300/month.
Mooring is 1 hour from Paris by motorway and 45 minutes by train.
