**Equipment**
This sailboat is equipped to offer comfort and practicality on board. You will find a second refrigerator to preserve your provisions, as well as a functional manual toilet. The layout includes an owner's cabin, an aft cabin, and a forward cabin, providing several private spaces. The spacious saloon invites relaxation after a day at sea.

For your comfort, it features toilets and a 220 V shore power socket with a main circuit breaker for secure electrical supply. The pressurized water and hot water system makes life on board easier, complemented by a deck shower and a transom shower, both with hot and cold water.

The cabin table is perfect for meals or social moments, while the swim ladder facilitates access to the sea. The antifouling paint protects the hull, and a holding tank is included for wastewater management.

On the energy side, a starter battery with voltmeter ensures proper electrical management. The galley is equipped with a gas cooktop. For handling, an electric anchor windlass is located on the bow.

Finally, for safety and navigation, a liferaft is on board, as well as a battened mainsail, ensuring good sailing performance.
