**Equipment**
This sailing yacht is equipped to provide comfort and practicality on board. You will find a second refrigerator to preserve your provisions, as well as a functional manual toilet. The layout includes a master cabin, a rear cabin, and a bow cabin, offering several private spaces. The spacious saloon invites relaxation after a day at sea.

For your comfort, it has a toilet and a 220 V shore power socket with a main circuit breaker for secure electrical supply. The pressurized water system and hot water make life on board easier, complemented by a deck shower and a stern shower, both with hot and cold water.

The saloon table is perfect for meals or social moments, while the swim ladder facilitates access to the sea. The anti-fouling paint protects the hull, and a holding tank is included for wastewater management.

On the energy side, a starting battery with a voltmeter ensures proper electrical management. The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooktop. For maneuvering, an electric anchor windlass is located at the bow.

Finally, for safety and navigation, a lifeboat is on board, along with a battened mainsail, ensuring good performance under sail.
