History of Franck Roy Shipyard
The Franck Roy shipyard was founded in 1998 by Franck Roy, an enthusiast of boats and vintage cars. Initially trained as a ship carpenter, Franck Roy worked for over ten years at Sysba Marine and Latitude 46 before creating his own shipyard. The yard quickly gained recognition for its neoclassical sailboats, combining traditional aesthetics with modern technology. In 2019, the shipyard was acquired by Romuald Tuffery, a young Vendée-based entrepreneur, who aimed to modernize the processes while preserving the craftsmanship and DNA of the yard. Despite challenges, notably the COVID-19 pandemic, the yard continues to produce high-quality boats prized for their design and performance.
Why is this Solenn 23 interesting to buy?
