Lagoon 400 – 4 Cabin Version – 2010

Stunning Lagoon 400 with 4 cabins, built at the end of 2010 and launched in 2011, available in Martinique and registered in Fort-de-France with VAT and port dues paid.

This catamaran, renowned for its reliability and onboard comfort, offers an ideal configuration for cruising or rental investment. The 4-cabin version, all equipped with private bathrooms (shower and WC), is complemented by 2 crew cabins at the bow, providing excellent accommodation capacity.

Power is supplied by two Yanmar 3JH4E engines of 40 hp with approximately 2800 operating hours. The boat has two sets of sails in good condition, with roller Genoa (x2), battened mainsails (x2), and a gennaker on furler, allowing optimized performance in all points of sail. Onboard autonomy is enhanced by a 520 W solar installation (4 panels), a 150 L/h watermaker, and a portable Yamaha 2000 W generator, providing excellent comfort at anchor. The boat is well equipped for navigation, with Raymarine ST70 instruments, ST6002 autopilot, chartplotter GPS, and Ray 55E VHF. Comfort onboard is completed by a fully equipped galley (3-burner gas stove and Eno oven), a sound system, and a ceiling-mounted antenna TV.
