Lagoon 400 – Owner version with 3 cabins
Beautifully maintained unit, benefiting from rigorous monitoring and a major refit program carried out in 2024 and 2026, offering today a level of reliability and equipment particularly rare on the market.
In October / November 2024, numerous major works were carried out including replacement of the shrouds, forestay, and shroud tangs, complete renewal of the running rigging, as well as electronics modernization with a Raymarine 12-inch screen system, radar, AIS, and EPIRB beacon. The seacocks, solar panels, sail-drives, propellers, and desalinator membranes were also replaced, ensuring a technically up-to-date boat.
The engine was made more reliable with a new port engine totaling approximately 750 hours and a fully refitted starboard engine, guaranteeing safety and peace of mind on navigation.
In 2026, the boat underwent a second comprehensive upgrade program, including a new repositioned bowsprit, a new stainless steel freezer, a new desalinator pump, as well as a new freshwater and seawater pressure pump.
The deck and handling equipment were fully optimized with a new 25 kg Spade anchor, a complete revision of the windlass with added Bluetooth control, a brand-new Harken electric winch, as well as replacement of genoa cars and tracks.
The sails were renewed with a new genoa of 36 m² and a new Code 0 of 75 m², providing improved performance under sail.
Onboard comfort was significantly enhanced with new faucets, a new starboard toilet, refreshed interior with salon painting, as well as the installation of a new winter cockpit cover and a new protected helm station.
Safety was also reinforced with the installation of new automatic bilge pumps, complete cleaning of the black water tank with hose replacements, as well as replacement of the rudder shaft and repair of the starboard collar.
The hull received a full two-pass polish as well as underwater maintenance.
A boom has been created to accommodate a 15 hp Honda outboard engine.
The boat also features 4 new cover/mosquito net modules.
This Lagoon 400 is ready to sail immediately, in excellent overall condition, perfectly suited for a comfortable and safe cruising program.
