Boat Description
I am proud to present my Apocalypse 43, a one-owner boat that has always been very well maintained and is very well equipped. The hull underwent a complete sandblasting in 2018, which ensures its excellent condition. The sails and the engine are recent, ensuring optimal performance.
Technical Specifications
This boat is an Apocalypse 43 built in 1985 and registered on September 30, 1986. It measures 13.07 meters in length. It features a Kevlar and Iso resin sandwich construction, making it very strong and lightweight, with no risk of osmosis.
Engine and Propulsion
The engine is a Yanmar 33 HP, installed at the center of the boat under the saloon table. It was recently replaced and has only 300 hours of operation. The shaft line includes a folding three-blade propeller.
Sails
Main sail fully battened and replaced in 2018, little used, in new condition (32 m² and Harken track).
Genoa mounted on roller, measuring 52 m², replaced in 2018, in new condition, little used.
Stay sail mounted on roller, measuring 14 m².
Light asymmetric spinnaker measuring 142 m² (textile luff).
Heavy asymmetric spinnaker measuring 92 m² (stainless steel luff).
Interior Layout
The interior consists of a central saloon with a folding table and a large chart table housing the electronics (computer with digital nautical charts, radar, VHF, B.L.U, sounders, and various navigation instruments).
The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave oven, a fridge, and hot and cold water.
There are 3 cabins: a double forward cabin with sink, a double aft cabin, and a single navigation cabin. A bathroom with shower and electric toilet is also included.
