Its owner tells us:

Rare on the market, ILES SOUS LE VENT boat from the Tournier shipyard in SOUBISE (17), built in 1997, long keel and weighted centerboard (2.20m / 1.20m), lead ballast, rigged as a schooner, fitted with 2 double aft cabins, large central saloon with a single berth on starboard + REFLEKS fuel stove to be serviced, and a fore workshop.

Through hulls, valves, and bilge pumps were replaced in 2017.
The sails are new or recent, the engine and propeller shaft were replaced in 2019.
The electrical panel was completely redone in 2019, and the boat has recent batteries with Victron BMV 702 monitor (2 x service batteries 140 Ah 2022 + 1 engine battery 90Ah 2023), a Mastervolt Ivo compact 12/53-3 charger with shore power connection, and photovoltaic panels on the aft arch.
Complete electronics with a Humminbird Helix 9 fishfinder from 2018 on the chart table and in the cockpit.
Dometic 2-burner stove (2017), 300L freshwater tank, electric toilet 2024, black water tank, Isotemp water heater, CD player.
Offshore equipment including a BOMBARD survival raft for 8 people (last serviced 2023), main anchor line of 60 meters + secondary anchor, Maxell HRC 10 electric windlass from 2018 with hand remote and cockpit control.
