The adventure began in 1965 with the D55 engine, a compact 2-stroke single-cylinder of 83 cm³ developing 5.5 hp. Since then, SUZUKI MARINE has continually invested in research and development, introducing revolutionary technologies such as electronic fuel injection, the Lean-Burn system, and the Dual Prop propeller.

Among the major advances:
