This unit is in excellent presentation condition. The exterior general condition is good. The hull and superstructures show no major irregularities.

Exterior:
All upholstery is original and in good presentation condition. The teak cockpit is in good condition, the rear bathing platform shows some signs of age but is still in acceptable condition. All openings and stainless steel are in good condition. The gelcoat on all superstructures is mostly in very good condition, still shiny and white.

Interior:
No particular remarks about the interior presentation condition. The woodwork, coverings, upholstery, and floors are in good overall condition. All comfort equipment is in working order.

Mechanical:
On this point, the boat is perfectly maintained. All service records are available since commissioning. The boat has been serviced annually. The heat exchanger service is scheduled for May 2025, coinciding with the hull maintenance. The engine compartment is clean, with no signs of leaks, and the bilge is clean.
Starts on the first attempt without any suspicious noise or abnormal smoke.
