All openings and stainless steel fittings are in good condition. The gelcoat on all superstructures is mostly in very good condition, still shiny and white.

Interior:
No particular remarks regarding the interior presentation. The woodwork, linings, upholstery, and flooring are in good overall condition. All comfort equipment is operational.

Mechanical:
In this area, the boat is perfectly maintained. All service histories are available from commissioning. The boat has been serviced annually. Heat exchanger overhaul is scheduled for May 2025, simultaneous with the hull maintenance. The engine bilge is clean, with no signs of leaks. Bilge areas are clean.
Starts immediately on first attempt without any unusual noise or smoke.
