This unit is in good presentational condition. The overall exterior condition is good. The hull and superstructures show no major irregularities.

Exterior:
All upholstery is original and in good presentational condition. The teak cockpit is in good condition, the aft bathing platform shows more signs of age but remains acceptable. All hatches and stainless steel fittings are in good condition. The gelcoat on all superstructures is mostly in very good condition, still shiny and white.

Interior:
No particular remarks regarding the interior presentation. The woodwork, linings, upholstery and floors are in good overall condition. All comfort equipment is operational.

Mechanical:
On this point, the boat is perfectly maintained. All service histories are available since commissioning. The boat has been serviced annually. Heat exchanger servicing is scheduled for May 2025 at the same time as the antifouling. The engine compartment is clean, no signs of leaks, bilges are tidy.
Starts immediately without any unusual noise or smoke.

Electronics:
The boat is very well equipped with up-to-date gear. Raymarine Axiom 12 GPS, chartplotter, depth sounder, Raymarine VHF, Raymarine autopilot, Lenco electric flaps. Everything is functional. All equipment is duplicated at the flybridge.
