Overall condition: In terms of mechanical aspects, this unit has been well maintained and presents very well. It is obvious when looking at the bilge floors. In April 2025, the elbows, manifolds, and turbos were replaced. On the aesthetic side, some updating work may be needed, although this vessel remains in very good presentation condition for its 36 years.
Exterior: The entire hull and superstructure show no particular issues. The gelcoat has some light surface crazing in the thinner areas, but after polishing/shining, the boat will regain a beautiful glossy appearance.
Interior: The boat's interior is well maintained; the carpets are original and in good condition, always protected. The upholstery has been well preserved. In the galley area, everything is in good condition, though the sink shows some deterioration that should be monitored. All bulkheads are in good condition with no signs of delamination or water infiltration.
Mechanical: The engine compartment is in very good condition. It is rare to see boats from the late 80s with such clean and dry bilge floors. The engines look very good visually. No signs of leaks or significant oxidation were found. Both engines start at the first throttle and showed no issues during our inspection. A major mechanical overhaul was performed in April 2025, including the elbows, manifolds, and turbos. The antifouling is scheduled for early July.
Electronics: The boat is equipped with many devices, but most are outdated. The autopilot and VHF are still operational.

New feature: An outboard engine, while maintaining the original values of the brand, namely build quality, excellent marine capabilities, and neoclassical style, this model displays undeniable modernity. "With this boat, we had two objectives," explains Alex Pinet, General Manager of Rhéa Marine. "During its design, the first was to target the children of current Rhéa owners, which involved preserving the brand's DNA, while showing that we are in tune with the times."
This space offers a large storage area or can accommodate, with the Evasion pack, a double mattress placed in the center. No curtain is provided to separate from the main cabin. Likewise, its height under the beams is only 52 centimeters, and its narrow entrance requires some flexibility to access. The interior finish is beautiful, and the choice of materials reflects a good balance between modernity and classicism.
