General condition:
Although Linssen shipyard's reputation is well established, it is still impressive to see how good the overall presentation of the unit is in every aspect. 10 years after commissioning, the boat looks as if it just left the production line. No deterioration has been observed on the hull and superstructures. No corrosion points have been found.

Exterior:
The most striking aspect of this unit is the combination of a proven hull with modern electrical and electronic equipment. The hull paint and superstructures are consistent with the original factory finish. No damage on the hull. The rub rail is perfectly in place. All handrails and the boat's fixtures are in excellent condition.
In the cockpit area, the teak is in very good condition. At the helm station, again, the unit is in excellent condition and matches the original state.

Interior:
Inside, this unit is in excellent presentation condition. This boat has been particularly well maintained by its owners. All panels are secure, the floors are in excellent condition, and the light woodwork is also in pristine state. These elements contribute to the modern look of the unit.
The boat is equipped with numerous comfort features, enabling a wide variety of navigation plans without setting foot ashore for several days. In addition to at least six berths, the sophisticated furnishings provide ample cabinet and storage space. The salon, galley, and aft cabin have high ceilings that make the interior space very comfortable. Movement inside is very easy.

Mechanical:
The engine is a Volvo Penta D3 150hp with 2892 hours. It does not have a heat exchanger, simplifying maintenance. Starting is smooth, with no abnormal noise or smoke. Visually, the engine is very clean with no signs of leaks or corrosion. The bilge areas are particularly healthy, clean, and dry.
This unit is particularly economical. The average fuel consumption at sea is around 10L/h and 3.5L/h in inland waters. Fuel tank capacity is 820L.
The boat is delivered with a 3.25m dinghy and an electric Torqeedo motor with 2 batteries.

Electronics:
This unit is equipped with all the necessary navigation equipment. GPS, plotter, depth sounder, radar, VHF, Navtex, autopilot, chain counter, Glomex. All these devices are genuine, current, and operational.
