General condition:
Although the reputation of Linssen shipyards is well established, it is still impressive to see how much this unit is in excellent presentation condition in all aspects. 10 years after commissioning, the boat looks like it just left the production line. No deterioration observed on the hull and superstructures. No corrosion points detected.

Exterior:
The most striking feature of this unit is the combination of a proven hull with modern electrical and electronic equipment. The hull paint and superstructure paint match their original factory condition. No dents on the hull. The rub rail is perfectly in place. All handrails and all fittings are in excellent condition.
In the cockpit area, teak is in very good condition. At the helm station, again, the unit is in excellent condition and matches the original state.

Interior:
Inside, this unit is in excellent presentation condition. This boat has been exceptionally well maintained and cared for by its owners. All paneling is in place, the floors are in excellent condition, and the light-colored woodwork also contributes to the modern look of the unit.
The boat is equipped with numerous comfort features allowing for very diverse navigation plans without going ashore for several days. In addition to no less than six berths, the sophisticated furniture offers an abundance of cupboards and storage spaces. The salon, kitchen, and aft cabin have high headroom, making the interior space comfortable. Movement inside is very easy.

Mechanical:
The engine is a Volvo Penta D3 of 150hp totaling 2892h. It has no heat exchanger, simplifying maintenance. Starting is trouble-free, with no abnormal noise or smoke. Visually, the engine is very clean with no signs of leaks or corrosion. The bilge bottoms are particularly sound, clean, and dry.
This unit is particularly economical. The average fuel consumption at sea is about 10L/h and 3.5L/h inland. Fuel reserve capacity is 820L.
The boat is delivered with a 3.25m dinghy and an electric Torqeedo motor with 2 batteries.

Electronics:
This unit is equipped with all necessary navigation equipment. GPS, plotter, fish finder, radar, VHF, Navtex, autopilot, chain counter, Glomex. All these are original, current, and operational.
