General condition:
Although the reputation of Linssen shipyards is well established, it is still impressive to see how excellent the condition of this unit is in every aspect. 10 years after commissioning, the boat looks like it just came off the production line. No deterioration is observed on the hull and superstructures. No corrosion spots were found.

Exterior:
The most striking feature of this unit is the combination of a proven hull with modern electrical and electronic equipment. The hull and superstructure paintwork matches the presentation condition at factory delivery. No marks on the hull. The rub rail is perfectly in place. All guardrails and all boat fittings are in excellent condition.
In the cockpit area, the teak is in very good condition. At the helm station, once again the unit is in excellent condition and conforms to original condition.

Interior:
Inside, this unit is in excellent presentation condition. This boat has been especially well maintained and cared for by its owners. All linings are in place, the floors are in excellent condition, and the light woodwork as well. The latter contributes to the modern look of the unit.
The boat is equipped with numerous comfort features allowing for a wide range of navigation programs without stepping ashore for several days. Besides no fewer than six berths, the sophisticated furniture offers plenty of cupboards and storage space. The salon, kitchen, and aft cabin have a high ceiling height providing comfortable interior space. Movement inside is very easy.

Engine:
The engine is a Volvo Penta D3 of 150hp with 2892h. It does not have a heat exchanger which simplifies maintenance. Starting is trouble-free, without any abnormal noise or smoke. Visually, the engine is very clean with no signs of leaks or corrosion. The bilges are particularly healthy, clean, and dry.
This unit is particularly economical. Average fuel consumption at sea is about 10L/h and 3.5L/h on inland waterways. Fuel capacity is 820L.
The boat is delivered with a 3.25m dinghy and a Torqeedo electric motor with 2 batteries.

Electronics:
This unit is equipped with all necessary navigation equipment. GPS, plotter, fishfinder, radar, VHF, Navtex, autopilot, chain counter, Glomex. All these items are original, current, and operational.
