Closed pilothouse boat QUICKSILVER 580 PilotHouse from 2004.
Designed for fishing, it features a large (2.02 x 1.80 m) and deep (73 cm) cockpit. It has a live bait bench and two rod holders integrated into the gunwales. The storage volumes are well thought out with three lockers: one central and two lateral. Additionally, removable boards on either side of the live bait bench provide two extra seats. A sliding door gives access to the pilothouse, where the headroom reaches 2.10 meters. The layout, in a single space, includes two foldable seats for the pilot and co-pilot. Visibility is remarkable, with a two-part windshield offering a panoramic view. The steering position is particularly comfortable as the end of one of the bunk beds can be used as a footrest. Below, there is a V-shaped berth measuring 1.90 x 2.10 meters at its largest dimensions. It covers chemical toilets. The 580 Pilothouse is easy and pleasant to pilot, it does not pitch when planing and handles well flat turns.
