Monohull sailboat of 13,80 m designed by architect Guy Ribadeau Dumas, amateur construction of very high level completed in 2005, never launched nor used since its construction.
The Surf 45 belongs to the category of light displacement sailboats (approx. 4.5 tons), with a narrow and high-performance hull, aimed at offering high performance and true sailing pleasure, while retaining the economic and structural advantages of a monohull.
This model was the subject of a detailed publication in the magazine Voiles et Voiliers, describing the concept, naval architecture and various rigging options.
