General condition:
This unit is in impeccable condition. Before being purchased in 2021 by the owner, it was stored on land under cover during winter and only sailed a few weeks per year. Always well maintained and serviced annually, it is ready to go. Additionally, the owner has installed 3 solar panels of 110 Ah each for better autonomy and a 12 to 220V converter.

Exterior:
The hull and superstructures show no particular issues. The gelcoat is clean and healthy. The hull, in grey color, has been polished. The teak has been reviewed, cleaned, and treated, and the upholstery is beautiful and maintained despite a slight tear in one corner.

Interior:
The boat is well maintained, the floors are in good condition, and the upholstery is very nice. In the kitchen area, everything is in excellent condition, as is the bathroom. All linings are in good shape, and no signs of delamination or leakage have been observed. This GT38 is magnificent!

Mechanical:
The engines run perfectly, and the engine bay presents very well. Visually, the engines are in excellent condition. No signs of leaks or oxidation were found, as the owner has respected maintenance schedules and the servicing is handled by professionals.

The boat is equipped with numerous devices that allow you to sail safely at night and with great comfort.
