General condition:
This boat is in impeccable condition. Before being purchased in 2021 by the owner, it was stored on land under cocoon in winter and only sailed a few weeks per year. Always well maintained and serviced annually, it is ready to go. Additionally, the owner installed 3 solar panels of 110 Ah each for better autonomy and a 12 to 220V converter.

Exterior:
The hull and superstructures show no particular issues. The gelcoat is clean and sound. The hull, grey in color, has been polished. The teak has been revised, cleaned, and treated, and the upholstery is beautiful and well maintained despite a slight tear in one corner.

Interior:
The boat is well maintained, the floors are in good condition, and the upholstery is very nice. In the kitchen area, everything is in excellent condition, as is the bathroom. All linings are in good condition, and no signs of detachment or infiltration were observed. This GT38 is magnificent!

Mechanical:
The engines run perfectly, and the engine compartment is very well presented. Visually, the engines are in excellent condition. No signs of leaks or oxidation were found; the owner has respected maintenance schedules and servicing is managed by professionals.

The boat is equipped with numerous devices allowing you to sail safely at night and with great comfort.
