General condition:
This 2000 model is in good overall condition. Indeed, all upholstery and covers are in good shape. The teak on the swim platform and cockpit is beginning to show some wear in frequently used areas.
The hull shows no particular issues. The deck needs a thorough cleaning and polishing of the non-slip areas.

Exterior:
The hull and superstructure show no signs of delamination or cracking. The very spacious teak swim platform is in good condition, although the seals in the central part are starting to fade.
In the cockpit area, all the upholstery in the seating areas is in very good condition, as well as that at the helm station.
At the controls, there is a very complete dashboard and all navigational instruments are fully operational.
The entire cockpit cover is equipped with clear panels at the front and micro-perforated sections.
The icemaker has been removed to make way for a storage locker.

Interior:
Linings, woodwork, carpets, upholstery, all are in very good presentation condition. The owner’s cabin is compartmentalized. Then a mid cabin and the convertible saloon provide 4 additional berths. The galley is equipped with a ceramic hob and a large fridge with freezer. Finally, at the foot of the stairs on port side, the bathroom with electric toilet is quite spacious for a 36-footer. All interior equipment is functional. The boat is equipped with an integrated vacuum system.

Mechanical:
Maintenance is carried out by Volvo Penta according to the manufacturer’s plan. Invoices available. The boat is ready to sail.

Electronics:
The boat is equipped with an autopilot linked to the GPS, a plotter, a depth sounder, a chain counter, a VHF, electric flaps and a sound system. All these systems are fully operational.
