Fauroux 50 unique, built in 2008 by the Fauroux yard, a true one-off combining performance, safety, and exceptional build quality. This yacht was designed with over-sized rigging, ensuring maximum reliability in offshore sailing as well as racing.

The infusion sandwich construction with glass/Airex, combined with a carbon mast and boom, gives the boat stiffness, lightness, and remarkable performance. The hull was completely repainted 2 years ago, and maintenance is conducted with rigorous annual preventive upkeep.

The sail plan is particularly comprehensive and performance-oriented: full racing sail, two racing spinnakers (a very recent ~15 hours, and one about a year old), code 0, and asymmetrical spinnaker. A cruising mainsail is planned, only missing due to the owner’s lack of time.

The deck equipment is top-of-the-line: electric winch, other manual racing winches, carbon bowsprit, carbon passerelle, cockpit table in carbon, two large aft lockers, secure and ergonomic cockpit. The sun awning at anchorage provides true comfort during cruising.

Navigation is managed by modern electronics with B&G H5000 autopilot, ensuring precision and reliability. The standing rigging, anchor (revised 3 years ago), and the sealing of the forward portholes (refitted this year) testify to rigorous technical follow-up.

Inside, the boat offers generous volumes, meticulous finishing, and remarkable modularity, with a functional chart table, L-shaped galley, bright saloon, and comfortable cabins. The plexiglass has been replaced 5 years ago.
