Sailboat equipped to be very comfortable both for family outings with children, and for solo sailing throughout the year.
Owner for family use since 2003.
Inside: The walls of the 3 cabins have been covered with beautiful wooden plywood to add warmth. All covers for cushions and mattresses in the saloon and cabins were redone in 2022. Orange color, very bright. There are 3 cabins + saloon: very comfortable sleeping for 8, but there are also 2 bunks and a bench that can thus offer sleeping accommodation for 11 people... for a regatta for example! Hot water / fridge / toilet compartment with shower.
Interior electricity has been done to allow everyone to have small reading spots at their bed. Real chart table. Numerous storage spaces - Water: 2 tanks Navigation aids: - Garmin chart reader - AIS (receive only) - VHF - GPS - autopilot (the autopilot works very well but the external screen no longer displays)
Engine and batteries: - Perkins 4108 engine: approx. 6,300 hours (since 2003 we have only done 1,500 hours!) - 3 onboard batteries: 3 x 210 amps: June 2022 - 1 starter battery: 120 amps: June 2022 - 1 windlass battery - 1 battery combiner - dual alternator charge -
Diesel: 140 liters tank - new starter and charger: July 2022
SAILS: - Genoa on roller furling - Full batten mainsail with 3 reef points - Asymmetric spinnaker with sock - Roller furling headsail for gusts - Storm jib - Headsail with 2 reefs Note: The mainsail and genoa are old and very worn.
DECK EQUIPMENT and MISCELLANEOUS: - Mainsail track: Harken - log - Maxprop three-blade propeller - dinghy and Yamaha outboard motor - gangway - rear lifebuoy (to facilitate launching) with stainless steel support. Lifebuoy not serviced. - access hatch to steering system - depth sounder (old but works) - preventive anti-osmosis treatment done Nov 2010 - main anchor to be replaced but there is a new secondary anchor with approx. 25m chain and approx. 30m rope.
