XBOAT ref: 5953. KAOBA 31 from 1996, bi-rudder with retractable keel. Sailboat for enjoyment while sailing, used for solo or crewed cruising, similar to Pogo 8.50, Jpk 9.60 or Figaro 1. Draft 1.20m/2.00m, no grounding capability but allows access to anchorages close to the coast and ports with limited water depth. Very good construction in PVC foam sandwich and fiberglass polyester isophthalic resin, built by Naval Force 3, with a Yanmar 2YM15C 14HP engine, equipped with a sail drive SD20 (joint changed in 2023). All Harken hardware, 4 Self-Tailing winches. Recent hull and deck paint.

Sailboat in perfect condition, ready to sail and well equipped: NKE central with TL25 and wired remote, ASN VHF, AIS transponder Digital Yacht, Wi-Fi reporting on tablet for all data, Raymarine GP Tiller autopilot with remote.
Sails in fair condition, one tri-radial mainsail in Pentex sandwich, 2 tri-radial genoa Mylar Kevlar, one on the inner forestay, another on a removable Harken furler (in 15 mins), 2 solent sails, 1 storm sail, 2 spinnakers, one heavy and one light.
Anchor locker, 8mm chain, lead line, 2 anchors.
