The Predator 55 is a new addition to Sunseeker’s iconic Predator range. Powered by twin Volvo Penta IPS-950 engines, this 55-foot model can reach speeds of up to 35 knots.
The glass and carbon fiber sunroof of the Sunseeker Predator 55 sets this model apart from the rest of the Predator range. Controlled from the steering console, the electrically operated 2.5 x 3 m sunroof slides back to leave only the sky above. Its large glazed area and single-piece curved windshield give the Predator 55 an elegant and striking silhouette, as well as an interior bathed in natural light.
The seating layout of the aft cockpit provides ample space for six people and includes an electric sunshade for added comfort. The large sunbed located above the garage features padded headrests and a rearward view that guests will never tire of. This yacht perfectly combines style and function for everyone’s enjoyment. The angles of the stern toerails reflect the new sleek design of the transom and are seamlessly integrated into the hull with stainless steel vertical engine air intakes positioned outward. With the addition of discreet LED deck lighting and a new characteristic fixed crossbeam running from port to starboard, including when the sunbed platform is lowered, the aft profile presents exquisite proportions without compromising functionality.
The single-level main deck includes a spacious salon and an L-shaped galley. The galley units align with the linear cockpit wetbar, so when the port terrace door is open, there is nothing obstructing movement between inside and outside. The glass panels provide an uninterrupted view of the horizon for everyone on board. Two upholstered seats complete Sunseeker's next-generation helm station for enhanced experience.
Adopting a standard layout, the lower deck makes the most of the available space, with two cabins, a lowered starboard lounge, and an optional storage or utility room.
The full-beam luxurious owner’s cabin creates a generously sized private quarters. The corridor entrance leads to a starboard dressing room and a large en-suite cabin to port. The large double bed is centrally placed and complemented by a sofa, a dresser, and a second dressing room, while a washbasin unit and television are centrally located. The equally spacious forward cabin benefits from a private bathroom and a large storage area. Interior volume has been prioritized for long cruises. Thus, both cabins have higher overhead clearance, enhancing the feeling of space.
The interior layout is adaptable to meet the owner’s requirements. The main deck galley can be moved to the lower deck and replaced by a sofa and a television that can be raised or lowered. With this option, the lower galley replaces the lower lounge and the storage or utility room. This space can also be converted into a two-bed cabin with a private bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to six guests.
