PREMIUM CATAMARAN

Admiral 40 Executive, designed by Angelo Lavranos. This yacht for sale features three cabins with double berths and 2 bathrooms with separate showers. The owner's suite includes a master bedroom, a desk/vanity, and a large private bathroom, located in the port hull, while the guest double cabins and the second bathroom are in the starboard hull. Time Out has had only two owners and has never been chartered. Note: Admiral shipyards are now known as Celtic Yachts.

The starboard hull includes the owner's cabin with 4 full-length closets, a vanity table with mirror, and a large bathroom with shower. The owner's bathroom features a large shower with a bathtub and toilet. The cabin has been designed with extra-wide closets for more storage space than usual. The cabin has its own air conditioning. The port hull has two double cabins with a shared bathroom and shower. Both port cabins are air-conditioned. The galley includes a refrigerator and freezer with top-loading, a three-burner stove, a double sink, and ample countertop space. The salon is spacious with attractive African antelope leather cushion covers on the dining table. The table can be converted into an extra bed.

Beyond the standard equipment (listed below), a Schenker desalination unit and air conditioning have been added. A new Raymarine navigation suite and radar were installed in 2016. Additionally, the dinghy and Mercury outboard motor (15hp) were purchased in 2016, and the life raft in 2017. Rear awnings were added in 2017 to fully enclose the cockpit. Hatch covers and salon blinds were added in 2018.
