LUXURY CATAMARAN

Admiral 40 Executive, designed by Angelo Lavranos. This boat for sale features three cabins with double beds and 2 bathrooms with separate showers. The owner's suite includes a master cabin, a desk/vanity, and a large private bathroom, occupying the port hull, while the guest double cabins and the second bathroom are located in the starboard hull. Time Out has had only two owners and has never been chartered. Note: Admiral shipyards are now known as Celtic Yachts.

The starboard hull includes the owner’s cabin with 4 full-length closets, a dressing table with mirror, and a large bathroom with shower. The owner’s bathroom features a large shower with bathtub and toilet. The cabin was designed with extra-wide closets, providing more storage space than usual. It has a dedicated air conditioning. The port hull includes two double cabins with a shared bathroom and shower. Both port cabins have air conditioning. The galley features a refrigerator and freezer with top-loading, a three-burner stove, a double sink, and ample countertop space. The salon is spacious with beautiful leopard-embossed leather cushion covers on the dining table. The table can be converted into an extra bed.

Beyond standard equipment (listed below), a Schenker desalinator and air conditioning have been added. A new Raymarine navigation suite and a radar were installed in 2016. Additionally, the dinghy and Mercury outboard engine (15hp) were purchased in 2016, and the life raft in 2017. Rear awnings were added in 2017 so that the cockpit can be fully enclosed. Hatch covers and salon blinds were added in 2018.
