HIGH-END CATAMARAN

Admiral 40 Executive, designed by Angelo Lavranos. This catamaran for sale has three double cabins and 2 bathrooms with separate showers. The owner's suite includes a master bedroom, a dressing desk, and a large private bathroom, located in the port hull, while the guest double cabins and the second bathroom are in the starboard hull. Time Out has had only two owners and has never been chartered. Note: Admiral shipyards are now known as Celtic Yachts.

The starboard hull includes the owner's cabin with 4 full-length closets, a vanity with mirror, and a large bathroom with shower. The owner's bathroom features a large shower with bathtub and toilet. The cabin has been designed with extra-wide closets for more storage space. The cabin has dedicated air conditioning. The port hull has two double cabins with a shared bathroom and shower. Both port cabins are air-conditioned. The galley features a refrigerator and freezer with top loading, a three-burner stove, a double sink, and ample counter space. The salon is spacious with elegant African antelope leather cushion covers on the dining table. The table can be converted into an extra bed.

Beyond standard equipment (listed below), a Schenker desalinator and air conditioning have been added. A new Raymarine navigation suite and radar were installed in 2016. Additionally, the dinghy and Mercury outboard (15hp) were purchased in 2016, and the life raft in 2017. Rear awnings were added in 2017 to fully enclose the cockpit. Hublot covers and salon blinds were added in 2018.
