Admiral 40 Executive, designed by Angelo Lavranos. This boat for sale has three cabins with double berths and 2 bathrooms with separate showers. The owner’s suite includes a master bedroom, a vanity/study, and a large private bathroom, and occupies the port hull, while the guest double cabins and the second bathroom are located in the starboard hull. Time Out has had only two owners and has never been chartered. Note: Admiral shipyards are now known as Celtic Yachts.

The starboard hull includes the owner’s cabin with four full-length closets, a vanity table with mirror, and a large bathroom with shower. The owner's bathroom features a large shower with bathtub and toilet. The cabin was designed with extra-wide closets for increased storage space. The cabin has a dedicated air conditioning system. The port hull includes two double cabins with a common bathroom and shower. Both port-side cabins are air-conditioned. The galley features a refrigerator and freezer with top-loading, a three-burner stove, a double sink, and ample countertop space. The saloon is spacious with beautiful African Antelope leather cushion covers on the dining table. The table can be converted into an additional bed.

Beyond standard equipment (listed below), a Schenker desalination unit and air conditioning have been added. A new Raymarine navigation suite and radar were installed in 2016. Additionally, the dinghy and a Mercury (15hp) outboard motor were purchased in 2016, and the life raft in 2017. Back awnings were added in 2017 so that the cockpit can be fully enclosed. Window covers and salon blinds were added in 2018.
