PREMIUM CATAMARAN

Amiral 40 Executive, designed by Angelo Lavranos. This catamaran is for sale
and features three cabins with double beds, and 2 bathrooms with separate showers. The owner's suite
includes a master bedroom, a desk/dressing table, and a large private bathroom and is located in the starboard hull,
two double guest cabins and the second bathroom are in the port hull. Time Out has had only two owners
and has never been chartered. Note: Amiral yachts are now known as Celtic Yachts.

The starboard hull comprises the owner's cabin and features 4 full-length wardrobes, a dressing table with mirror, and a large bathroom with shower. The owner's bathroom has a large shower with a bathtub and toilet. The cabin is designed with extra-wide lockers allowing more storage than usual. The cabin has dedicated air conditioning. The port hull has two double-sized cabins with a shared bathroom and shower. Both port cabins have air conditioning. The galley includes a front-loading fridge and freezer, a three-burner stove, a double sink, and plenty of countertop space. The salon is spacious with beautiful African antelope leather benches at the dining table. The table can be converted into an extra bed.

In addition to the usual equipment (mentioned below), a Schenker desalinator and air conditioning have been added. A new Raymarine navigation suite and radar were installed in 2016. Furthermore, the tender and Mercury outboard motor (15 hp) were purchased in 2016, and the life raft in 2017. Aft canopies were added in 2017 allowing the cockpit to be fully enclosed. Window and salon covers were added in 2018.
