Allures 44
Description
Designed by Berret-Racoupeau architects and built at Chantier Allures Yachting in Cherbourg, France, this 44-foot all-aluminium cutter has made a name for itself. It is the first model from the French yard Allures Yachting.
Technical Characteristics
The Allures 44 is an all-cutter with an aluminum hull and composite deck. This cruising boat is fast and powerful in rough seas, ideal for sailing in various parts of the world where the shallow draft allows access to anchorages inaccessible to most fin-keel sailboats. Its deck plan, designed by Michel Desjoyeaux, is very user-friendly.
Design and Usage
Its design was conceived from the outset to include all the features of a true cruising yacht: aluminium, all-cutter, and a dedicated technical zone. The Allures 44 is built for long-distance navigation with a reduced crew, with all maneuvers brought back to the cockpit.
Interior Layout
This Allures 44 version features 2 cabins. The cabins include ample storage, an aft bathroom, and a large owner’s forward cabin. The habitable volume provides a headroom of over 2 meters, offering a spacious, comfortable, and bright living space designed for enjoyable onboard living in a convivial atmosphere.
Onboard Equipment
The galley is equipped with a large refrigerator, freezer, and an extensive work surface, perfect for cooking onboard. Its longitudinal layout on portside is well-suited for sailing, as it fits perfectly against the port settee in the saloon. The daggerboard well is seamlessly integrated into the interior layout, allowing smooth circulation through the saloon and easy access.
Navigation Options
The owners have selected numerous options for offshore sailing with autonomy and safety:
Desalination unit
510 W solar panels
6 batteries of 100 Ah from 2024
Victron inverter and charger from 2024
Generator
Onboard Electronics
The onboard electronics are fully functional and coherent, entirely Furuno.
Sail Closet
The sail wardrobe includes:
A Incidences mainsail
A Delta Voile Genoa type Vortex 67 m² for downwind sailing
An Incidences staysail 35 m²
A Code D, Delta Voiles 120 m² on a furler
An Incidences Gennaker 80 m² on a furler
Why is this Allures 44 an attractive purchase?
The Allures 44 is an exceptional sailing yacht, ideal for long cruises thanks to its energy autonomy and robust construction. Its rigorous maintenance and modern equipment make it a perfect choice for long-distance sailors. Its aluminum construction and deck plan, optimized by Michel Desjoyeaux, guarantee safe and comfortable sailing even in the most demanding conditions. Moreover, its numerous equipment options, such as the desalination unit and solar panels, allow complete independence at sea, making it an ideal vessel for extended maritime adventures.
