Jeanneau Sun Fizz powered by a Perkins 4.108, hull paint in good condition. The boat has been on land for several months and will therefore require a complete cleaning. The interior does not appear to need any work at first glance. The linings are in fairly good condition, the upholstery is like new and was recently redone. The boat is ready to sail; however, some of the running rigging and more substantial anchoring will be needed.
History of the Jeanneau Sun Fizz The Sun Fizz sailboat is a cruising monohull built by Jeanneau shipyard in France. Production started in 1980 and ended in 1986. 651 units were produced.
General condition:
This unit is in very good presentation condition, the owners have owned it for over 20 years and have well maintained it.
Interior: The woodwork as well as the upholstery are in good condition. The floors show almost no defects. The bilges are clean.
Exterior: Except for the hull which requires polishing, we observed only some superficial gelcoat flakes on both the hull and deck, no delamination on the deck.
Mechanical: Maintenance has been performed, the Perkins 4.108 is still a very common engine which allows us to find spare parts easily.
