General condition:

This Velasco 43 Fly has been perfectly maintained by its owners since its commissioning in 2013. We do not observe any abnormal defects anywhere on the boat. All electrical and electronic equipment is operational. The engines are serviced annually. Everything is in working order.

Exterior:

The gelcoat on the hull and superstructures has been well maintained and shows no major defects. The condition is perfectly consistent with the years of use. The upholstery is original and well maintained. It still has many seasons ahead before considering replacement. The enclosure covers (NV equipment) are in very good condition. The boat is also equipped on three sides with micro-perforated panels for summer. At the flybridge, once again the boat is in excellent condition; no cracks have been observed, the upholstery is all in very good condition, same for the console and pilot seat covers.

Interior:

The boat is as it left the factory, no modifications have been made. The flooring and woodwork are free from defects, the upholstery is in good condition. All comfort equipment is operational. The completely flat deck plan up to the descent to the sleeping area is very pleasant. Movement aboard is unhindered. Some slight oxidation spots are to be noted on certain switch frames, door handles, and hinges. At the helm station, all equipment has been tested and is operational.

Mechanical:

The engines start immediately on the first attempt. Nothing abnormal to report on this point. Both engines are serviced annually and visually look very good with no signs of leaks or corrosion. Bilges are clean and dry. Boat ready to sail.

Electronics and electrical:

All comfort equipment (reversible air conditioning, generator, lighting, courtesy lights) has been tested and is operational. Regarding electronics, again all equipment (compass, log, depth sounder, chartplotter, GPS, VHF, autopilot, chain counter) has been tested. Everything is up to date and functional. The boat is well equipped in this regard.
