General condition:
This 2007 Sessa Key Largo 28 is in good overall appearance. No particular issues noted on the hull structure or superstructures. The boat shows normal signs of aging consistent with its years of service. Engines start immediately and are maintained annually.
Exterior:
The hull was covered with a grey/dark blue wrap in 2020. Overall condition is good. No peeling or major scratches observed. Superstructures are also in good visual condition with no major marks. The white gelcoat requires polishing. All equipment has been tested and is operational. The exterior woodwork also needs treatment.
The flexiteek flooring was installed at the beginning of the 2024 season and is well executed. All upholstery is original except for the front sunbath backrest. Their condition is fair. Console, cockpit covers, and bimini are in used condition.
Interior:
This boat has been lightly used by its current owners, who have had it since 2012, particularly the sleeping quarters and bathroom. Upholstery is in good condition and linings are intact. The galley shows typical wear for a Key Largo 28, with wood parts reacting poorly to water splashes from the sink. Floors also show some signs of wear in the central area and on the cabin descent steps.
Mechanical:
Both 225hp Mercury engines start at first try with no smoke or abnormal noise. Engine hoods were recently repainted. Engines are equipped with 3-blade stainless steel propellers with locking nuts following a previous bad experience. No particular remarks on this point.
Electronics:
The boat features a Smartcraft navigation system for engine management, a Garmin 720S GPS combo, and a fixed Radio Ocean 4700 VHF.
Additionally, there is a Sony radio/CD player with remote control on the dashboard. All equipment is functional and original from the boat's year.
