NAUTICAT 33, ford LEHMAN engine of 80hp, 2 double cabins plus convertible salon bed. Toilet compartment, interior and exterior helm, laminated wooden deck, roller Genoa, electric windlass, VHF, hot water under pressure. HULL: fiberglass, hand lay-up. Longitudinal frames and transverse bulkheads. All structural partitions are made of high-quality teak plywood. The engine cradle is fiberglass with steel reinforcements on which the engine is mounted. INTERIOR LAYOUT: 3 cabins + WC + kitchen. Forward cabin: two bunks or 1 bunk with ahead reading light. Storage under bunks, ventilation through translucent hatch for lighting and ventilation, lit by 2 portholes. SALON CABIN: Can accommodate 6 people. The table can be removed and the salon transformed into a double berth. Storage under the two benches. Numerous lockers and shelves on each side of the salon. Reading lights. Lit by 2 portholes. Access via two sliding side doors. Kitchen: located opposite the salon, with a dining table, equipped with 2 stainless steel sinks and a large worktop. Gas stove with two burners and oven. Lit by 1 porthole. Rear cabin: Two bunks, wardrobe, and numerous storage lockers, lit by 4 portholes and a deck hatch providing light and ventilation. Miscellaneous work: 2020: Changed engine cooling water intake valve and maintained all piping from the secondary tank for possible reinstallation. Replaced electrical converter. 2023: Replaced 2 batteries, 3 main valves (brass), replaced sail, replaced port stern liston, insulation work, roof infiltration repair at the rear and helm roof repairs.
